Being a Team Captain is fun and rewarding!
Running the Ronald McDonald House Walk with Ronald as a group brings people together in a fun and exciting way. While participating in the Walk you are helping families with seriously or chronically ill or injured children have a safe, affordable and comfortable place to call home while their child is being treated at a nearby hospital.
Your role as Team Captain is easy!
Create your team page and recruit team members.
On the www.rmh-cnj.org website, click the Walk with Ronald button and follow the steps to set-up your personal team page. With your own login and password, you will be able to enter your team site at any time to update your team page, create email messages for team members and donors, and access all team records.
Build your team and watch the temperature rise on the amount collected!

At The Ronald McDonald House, we understand how a family is impacted when a child becomes seriously ill – especially when treatment is far from home.
Our goal is to provide a true “home away from home” for families of seriously ill children receiving care at medical facilities near our locations in Long Branch and New Brunswick. We also offer Family Rooms and a Hospitality Suite in the pediatric units of four hospitals in Monmouth and Middlesex County.
We offer a welcoming, supportive environment for families during a time of uncertainty and stress. Family members can stay together in a comfortable home with private rooms and many amenities, helping them to remain strong throughout the course of their child’s treatment.
As many of you know when our two and half year old son Josh was born he had some complications at birth and was diagnosed with a brain injury. We ended up spending three months in the hospital.
Thankfully he made some great progress in his development over the past 2 and half years.
While Josh was in the hospital we lived at the Ronald McDonald House in New Brunswick. Many people think this place is funded totally by McDonalds but they only give a very small percentage of the money it takes to run the houses. I have been volunteering at RMH since all this happened and currently sit on the Board for the Organization.
We invite you all to a walk at Great Adventure for Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch and New Brunswick Sunday June 8, 2014. We ask for $50 per person. We are hoping to get 40 people to reach our goal of $2000.00. So please bring your friends and share on your Facebook and Twitter pages.
All registered walkers gain free early admission & parking to Great Adventure the day of the event! Normally $42 plus $22 for parking. So basically you pay for a day at Great Adventure support a great cause and get a T-Shirt.
